We are dedicated to making the process of choosing and purchasing a new family member as easy and enjoyable as possible. Feel free to ask any questions that you have and we will ask a few of you too. We want you to be comfortable with your choice of a breeder and the puppy you have chosen.
Once you have chosen your puppy we will need to get your name, address, and phone number. We ask that you go over our health warranty/contract and print it, sign it, and return it. If you need us to e-mail you a copy let us know. We require a deposit to hold a puppy for you, we do not hold a puppy until we receive the deposit of half the price. The balance is due when the puppy is picked up or if we are bringing the puppy to you the balance is due before delivery. Puppies can be picked up near Joplin MO. We also offer delivery to many areas, delivery is generally $400.
We can take payment through paypal, if you have any questions about using paypal please ask. They are a safe and secure way to transfer funds online. We can accept credit cards through paypal. Our paypal address is the same as our e-mail address, sunnyterrace@gmail.com or we would be happy to e-mail you a paypal invoice.
Your puppy will be current on all vaccinations and health care when you receive it. We will include a copy of the health record and a copy of a current health certificate in the puppy packet that comes with each puppy. All of our puppies are micro-chipped before they leave, we will include a card that shows you how to register the chip into your name. It is very important that you have the chip transferred to your name and if you have a change of address make sure to update it. Otherwise if your dog gets lost and someone finds it they have no way to contact you. We send paperwork on crate training and puppy care, and a sample of their current food with each puppy. We want things to go as smoothly as possible for the puppy and the change of homes.
